Jet Diligence has built strong relationships with OEMs such as Bombardier, Gulfstream, Honeywell, Collins and Rolls-Royce over the years and this contributes to enabling significant cost savings for the customer.
Troubleshooting and servicing cost savings
Jet Diligence staff are technically familiar with the aircraft they manage and provide troubleshooting and maintenance coordination as part of our monthly service offering. This results in significant maintenance cost savings when the aircraft experience grounding defects and also during scheduled base maintenance.

Spares purchasing and logistics management

Jet Diligence staff pre-order most scheduled maintenance required parts so that when the aircraft is ready for its maintenance visit, the parts are ready to go. This results in less requirement for AOG shipments of spare parts. By managing orders and core returns, choosing the right freight forwarders and customs agents, we keep freight related fees and charges to a minimum. Jet Diligence aims to make it easy for the maintenance provider to work on your aircraft, thus reducing administration charges and maintenance related delays as well as assisting in keeping the maintenance down-time to a minimum.
Database updates and aircraft servicing
Routine servicing items such as oil replenishment, navigation database updates, fuel water drains, oxygen, tyres and nitrogen servicing are required regularly and, despite being very small tasks, are extremely important for the reliability and safety of the aircraft. Jet Diligence provides this service for customers, saving hundreds of dollars each month and allowing consistent monitoring of critical aircraft system pressures and quantities.
